Prices and your order
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Stripe calculates applicable taxes using your billing location and displays the final total before you pay. The seller is Ring2revenue Technologies Inc, operating BarterBin, PO Box 1068, Barriere, BC V0E 1E0, Canada; support@ring2revenue.ca. We save the offer and this purchase-terms version with your order. A checkout return page alone does not establish payment; benefits activate digitally in your account after payment verification, normally within a few minutes. No physical goods are delivered. The service requires internet access and a current browser. We email your complete purchase agreement to the address provided at checkout; a downloadable copy is also available in Billing. Contact support if it is missing.
Seven-day boosts
CA$5 plus applicable tax features one owned, active, eligible ad for seven consecutive days after successful fulfillment. It joins the homepage Featured section, which rotates hourly when more ads qualify than fit, and receives priority over unfeatured ads in matching searches and category/city results. It is labelled Featured. There is no guaranteed position on every visit, view count, enquiry or sale. An already featured ad cannot buy another boost until its current boost ends. The clock continues if you sell, remove or pause the ad. A boost cannot be transferred to another ad.
One-time posting upgrades
CA$40 plus applicable tax purchases 20 total reusable active-ad slots. CA$120 plus applicable tax purchases unlimited active ads. Each is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal, lasting while your account and the BarterBin service remain active. The largest applicable allowance applies; paid limits are not added to your free, sharing or gift slots. Existing greater allowances are not reduced. These offers do not include business storefronts, automatic imports or monthly boosts. Purchasing unlimited after 20 slots is a separate CA$120 purchase; there is no automatic upgrade credit. Contact support before buying if you need help choosing.
Business subscription
CA$29 plus applicable tax is charged each month, automatically renewing until cancelled. Each paid billing month includes 50 total active-ad slots, a public storefront showing your display name and active ads, and two credits for seven-day boosts. Redeem credits on your own eligible active ads from My ads or Billing. Unused credits expire at the end of their billing month and do not roll over. A redeemed boost lasts seven days even when it crosses the paid period's end, unless its funding payment is reversed or the ad is moderated. You can cancel renewal in Account > Billing > Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period. There is no cancellation fee or automatic prorated refund for voluntary cancellation, subject to mandatory rights and the remedy policy below.
Payment problems and reduced allowances
An unpaid renewal does not create a new paid period or new boost credits. Stripe may retry a failed renewal and ask you to update payment details. When a paid period ends, your remaining free or owned one-time allowance applies. Existing ads and conversations are retained; you cannot publish or reactivate more ads while above your allowance. A full refund or payment dispute can remove the affected paid benefit; winning a dispute restores any remaining benefit without restarting its clock. Partial refunds do not automatically remove a benefit.
Refunds, mistakes and downtime
Contact support@ring2revenue.ca with your account email, purchase date and receipt reference. Do not email card details. We refund duplicate charges, purchases we cannot fulfill and confirmed billing errors. Report an unused mistaken purchase within seven days for review before using its benefit. If a material BarterBin outage prevents a purchased boost from running, contact support for replacement time or an appropriate refund. Moderation does not promise a refund for policy-breaking content, but appeals and mandatory consumer remedies remain available. These terms never remove cancellation, refund, warranty or other rights that apply by law.
Moderation, service changes and support
Payment does not exempt anyone from the 19+ account rule, prohibited-item rules, anti-spam controls or moderation. No purchased badge represents identity or safety verification. We will not silently delete ads or conversations because a plan ends. This agreement does not authorize us to unilaterally increase a subscription price or reduce its purchased benefits, cancellation or refund rights. Such changes require your agreement and any notices or remedies required by law. Lifetime describes the duration of the account and service, not a guarantee that either will operate forever.
Quoted services and voluntary support
Sponsorship and inventory/setup services require a written quote identifying placement or deliverables, price, taxes, start date, duration and remedy terms before payment. An inquiry is not an order. Affiliate purchases occur at the retailer under its terms. A voluntary support tip buys no ad benefits or charitable tax receipt; contact support about mistakes or duplicate payments.
